About Play It Again Sports Lockport, IL

Rich and Peggy Nielsen, owners of Play It Again Sports, are nine year Lockport residents. They are the parents of three adult daughters and two granddaughters. Rich is a retired truckdriver - wait, did I say retired? - at least retired from driving. The challenges of running a Play It Again Sports store keep him busy seven days a week.

Employee of the Month - Artie Schultz
Artie (left, bottom picture) has been working with us since last fall. In addition to working at Play It Again Sports, Artie has been coaching at the Internatonal Ice Centre in Romeoville for two years and is head coach for the Huskies Squirts team as well as acting as an Assistant Bantam Coach. Artie has been coaching for the past 10 years and has four children who play hockey. Artie really knows how to "suit up" the kids and loves to talk hockey. Please say hi to Artie next time you're in the store and don't hesitate to ask him your hockey questions.
